What is a title pawn?  

A title pawn is a quick loan that uses your vehicle title as collateral instead of your credit report. 

What do I need to qualify for a title pawn? 

You must drive the vehicle over, bring your title, the current tag registration, your driver’s license or a state issued ID, and a spare key to both the door and the ignition. 

Do I have to be employed?  

While being employed is not a requirement, you will want to have some form of income to ensure repayment.  We can use other sources of income such as retirement, social security, or unemployment benefits.

What if the title is not in my name?

You will need to have the title transferred into your name in order for us to do a pawn on the vehicle.  Additionally, a tag will need to be registered to the vehicle.

How long does the process take?  

Most loans are done in less than 30 minutes.

What if another company has my title?  

We can check into buying your account from the other company.  Give us a call with your payoff amount and we may even be able to get you some additional money.  Additionally, we may be able to put you on a payment plan that is better for you.

How old do I have to be to do a title pawn?  

You must be at least nineteen years old qualify for a title pawn per the Official Code of Alabama.

How much money can I get?  

Our staff members are great at evaluating vehicles and assisting customers in choosing a loan amount and repayment option that works best for them. Our loans are based on the value and condition of the vehicle.

What types of vehicles are eligible for a title pawn?  

We can pawn most vehicles model year 1981 or newer.

Definitely!  We issue all funds in the form of a check, and our bank will cash it for you with a state issued ID.  We accept payments by cash, check or money order.

Can I get a title pawn if I have bad credit?

Yes!  We do NOT run credit checks for approval.
